
General Terms and Conditions of Sale

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the website ('Site'). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by SilverWalk Limited.
Article 1: Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and sales funnels operated by SilverWalk Limited (trading as The Inevitable.Life /Life Map / SilverWalk), hereinafter referred to as the "Company."
Any natural or legal person validating an order via our secure payment platform (Systeme.io/Stripe) is considered a "Client."
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
Article 2: Age restrictions
The Company sells products and services (including End-of-Life planning tools) intended for adults. By placing an order, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if we discover the Client is a minor.
Article 3: Products and services
We offer two main categories of products:
Digital products: (e.g., The Inevitable Checklist, Digital Vault WIKI guides, The How2Guide courses). These are delivered electronically.
Physical products: (e.g., The Life File Box, DELTA-Life Pouch). These are shipped to a physical address.
Note on advice: While our products provide organisational frameworks and information, we are not lawyers, financial advisors, or tax accountants. The DELTA Life Map system is a tool for organisation. It does not constitute legal advice or a formal Will. Clients should consult professional advisors for specific legal or financial matters.
Article 4: Pricing and taxes
Currency: All prices are indicated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
GST: For customers within New Zealand, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%.
Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the moment the order is validated.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Security: Online payments are processed via PAYPAL or Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
Data Security: The Company does not store your full credit card details. Transaction data is encrypted according to strict banking standards (PCI-DSS compliance) handled by PAYPAL or Stripe.
Cards Accepted: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods supported by PAYPAL or Stripe.
Article 6: Delivery
6.1 Digital Products (Downloads/Courses)
Upon successful payment, access to digital products is granted immediately via email or through the Systeme.io member area. The Client is responsible for providing a valid email address. The Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
6.2 Physical Products (Shipping)
Address: Delivery is made to the address specified by the Client during the checkout process.
Timeline: We aim to dispatch physical goods within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the address provided.
Article 7: Refunds and guarantees
7.1 The "Integrity seal" guarantee (30 days) We stand behind our system. As stated on our sales pages, if you follow the LIFE- Map process and do not feel significantly more organised within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

7.2 Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) For New Zealand customers, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the CGA. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of substantial character. If a product (digital or physical) is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, we will remedy this in accordance with NZ law.
7.3 Exceptions Refunds based on "change of mind" outside of our specific 30-day guarantee period are at the Company's discretion.
Article 8: Intellectual property
All content included in the LIFE-Map system (including text, "Inevitable Checklist" templates, "SilverWalk" methodologies, graphics, logos, videos and course materials) is the exclusive property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
Usage license: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibition: Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing our templates, PDFs, or course login details to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Article 9: protection of personal data
We value your privacy as much as we value your legacy.
NZ Privacy Act 2020: We collect and process personal data in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Use of data: Your data (name, email, address) is used solely to process your order, deliver your products and provide customer support.
Marketing: By entering your email, you agree to receive communications regarding our products and services. You may receive occasional updates or offers from Gary & Mike regarding DELTA Life. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.
Third Parties: We do not sell your data. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers (e.g., PAYPAL or Stripe for payments, Systeme.io for course hosting) to facilitate our services.
Article 10: Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
The Company is not liable for the failure of a Client's "trusted successor" to access the Client's information if the Client has not followed the security protocols (e.g., The Inevitable File) correctly.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product.
